• The permit form was approved by the Mantee Board of Aldermen on March 2, 2026.
• The form is for each new residential dwelling and commercial building planned within Town limits.
• The form states it is not for outdoor buildings not intended for residential dwelling or commercial use.
• The form states it is not for additions or renovations to existing residential dwellings and buildings.

Required Supporting Documents

• Copy of valid deed or proof of ownership of the property.
• Proof of adherence to applicable water and sewer/septic regulations.
• Sketch of the lot and proposed building.
• Proof of Mississippi 811 locate request.

Forms and Fees

Fees listed on the form are $10 for residential permits and $20 for commercial permits. Requests are not processed until the form is complete and all required information and payment are received.
