Privilege Licenses

Business Privilege License

  • Complete the Privilege Tax License Application and return it to the Town Clerk.
  • If leasing property, include the lease agreement or a letter of permission from the property owner.
  • The Town Clerk issues the amount owed after receiving the application.

Transient Vendor License

  • Complete the transient vendor application and return all required documents and fee to the Town Clerk.
  • The form lists required supporting documents, including tax identification, health department permit where applicable, insurance, and property owner consent when operating on private property.
  • Mobile food vendors must hold a Town of Mantee Transient Vendor Privilege License for each mobile pushcart or mobile food preparation vehicle in operation.
